2. Description of Service

WishPin allows users to create, share, and collaborate on wishlists. Users can claim items to purchase, leave notes, and interact with others through shared lists. All features are subject to change or removal at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using a third-party authentication service (e.g. Google, Apple, Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts for violations.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content (wishlist items, notes, images) you create within the app. By using WishPin, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a subscription, processed securely via third-party services like RevenueCat. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are provided in-app and may change over time. You are responsible for managing your subscription through your app store.

7. Affiliate Links

WishPin may use affiliate links (e.g. Amazon Associates) for wishlist items. Clicking or purchasing through these links may generate revenue for us at no additional cost to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to WishPin at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

WishPin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of product data, or uninterrupted access.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party purchases or delivery issues.
  • Loss of data or access due to technical problems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WishPin.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
