End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the developer of WishPin ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the WishPin app, you agree to the terms of this EULA.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use WishPin for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, account, or data.
  • Distribute, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the app to any third party.

3. Ownership

The app and all related content, features, and intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. Your use of the app does not grant you ownership or rights beyond this license.

4. User Content

You may submit content such as wishlist items, notes, and images. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and store it as necessary to operate the app.

You are responsible for any content you create or share within the app.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates this agreement or is harmful to other users or us.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy or completeness of wishlist data.
  • The availability or reliability of third-party product links.
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.

We are not responsible for any financial transactions or purchases made through third-party merchants.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss or financial loss arising from your use of the app.

8. Third-Party Services

WishPin integrates third-party services such as:

  • Clerk (authentication)
  • Convex (backend)
  • RevenueCat (subscriptions)
  • Amazon Associates (affiliate linking)

Your use of these features is also subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
